On Friday, we experienced a kids free-for-all at the D&D Pumpkin Patch in Terrebonne. It was really disorganized chaos, with kids on entertainment overload since ther were so many fun things to do. Saying it ws chaotic, though, is not to say it wasn't fun: Kate had a blast and was definitely one of the kids who was running all over the place like a maniac. In about three hours, she climbed on hay bales, went down a TALL slide, went through a maze, petted animals, rode a pony, took a hay ride, fed cows, ate kettle corn and picked out pumpkins. All the things a kids should be doing in the autumn!!

Kate ran from place to place for 2 hours and Will (blessedly) slept through the whole thing. Next year could be more challenging! Great Fall fun.

I wish we had a pumpkin patch fair here - I'd be there like a shot, kids or no kids! Wish we could have been there with you - sounds like Kate had a ball! Love as always, Big K x
Kate, I would have loved to have visited the pumpkin patch with you and Will. It was one of my favorite places to take my kindergarten kids in the Fall. Every child was able to pick their perfect pumpkin to take home. We also stopped at the apple orchard to sample fresh pressed juice and homemade cookies. Wonderful memories! Love, Gram S.
